Processing time

Orders are usually packed within 2–5 business days because each slime is prepared and checked before shipping.

Shipping time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Warm weather notice

Slime may arrive sticky during hot weather. This is normal and can usually be fixed with the included slime care instructions.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Slime Cellar is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delays can happen outside our control. Contact us if tracking looks stuck and we’ll help you look into it.
